I have signed an Agreement with a company for the services of Low Cost Cell Service, Phone Service and T1 w/Matrix Lines for the internet. This company assigned the Lease agreement for the Matrix equipment to another company.
The company I signed the original agreement with has now filed Bankrupcy. How liable am I for the Lease agreement?
Can I give them the equipment back and cancel the lease? The lease is for 5 years.
Any help you can give in this area is greatly appreciated.
