Lease Agreement If Property is Sold

I am leasing a beach property for a week. The owner agreed to lease it free of charge due to some issue we had last year. I have signed a lease agreement with a realtor for free of charge. Now I see that the property is for sale. If the property sells, Does the new owner need to honor the lease?
