Hi, I am a renter at a large, apartment complex in Washington State. My fiance and I signed a 12 month lease agreement in December of 1999. I noticed that the person that prepared the lease agreement and paperwork spelled my fiance's name wrong every time he printed it, approximately 7 times on various sheets of paperwork. My name is on it, and spelled correctly, and the agreement is signed by both of us.

I was wondering if that would make our lease agreement invalid or void, and they would have to let us out of it, if we presented the paperwork to them, or how I would go about this. We would like to get out of this lease to move elsewhere. Thanks for the help!
