We live in Florida, and we at this time have a law suit against the old management and owners of the apartment complex we live in. They were ordered by the courts to be responsible for our utilities, and they got a new license under a different name. There are 3 apt. buildings on the premises and 2 out of 3 are license and the one we live in isn't license at this time. The owners want us to move to an apt. in one of the 2 that are license. Do we have to move into one of the 2 that are licensed and sign a new lease if they are court ordered to pay our utilities. Or, if we move into one of the 2 licensed buildings, will they still be responsible for paying our utilities , and do we have to move into one of the 2 buildings that are licensed.

I don't understand your questions.
In any case, my opinion is that these issues are more complicated that what they seem due to the other issues over disability, discrimination, working for L, rent payment credits etc.
