I guess it would help to place my message. Also we are in Florida.

We did an open ended lease on a Ferrari and had them do a clear bra and paint coating that we paid for. The car was delivered and we had issues with the bra, paint, coating and other things with the car. They picked up the car and have had it for 3 weeks. Nothing has been done and they have us many excuses to why they have not touched it. To top all of this off they screwed up on the lease and put $0 for the first months payment and now want us to sign a new lease with the first months payment noted. We have held off and now getting worried because they have the car, $40k down payment and $3500 for the bra and coating. It's been about 1-1/2 months since we signed the original paperwork and the car has not even been registered to us other than the temp tag. We heard that we can legally walk away and get all of our money returned. We need advice on this please on what we can do and how we can proceed. Thank you!
