lease termination

In the community I live in there are numerous reports of cars vandalized and stolen. In the 6 months I have been here my car has been broken into 2 and now it was stolen. Is there anyway to get out of this lease so I can move? Please help

Probably NOT......unless the Landlord is responible for providing security, for where you park your car.

If you park it on the street, or its a private home, then its time for you to move.

I park in there provided spots. I do not park anywhere else but in there community.

Were you promised security? is it in the lease?

Do they have any gates? or security guards there?

Is it in a bad neighborhood even the cops dont want to go into?

Or maybe you should start a community watch program..
