I am a landlord in harris county,tx...I have a mobile home rented with a good six page lease to a lady and two children, she has broken the lease in several ways in the 1 and 1/2 months since she moved in,had a dog locked up in the bathroom but I found out and she removed it...allowed another one of her sons who was not on the lease to move in...I caught the 2 sons smoking pot and tobacco in the house...loud music, she sighned the lease which plainly states,no pets, no smokers,loud music,only tenants listed, etc., the lease was for one year,what can I do to get rid of her asap, she contends that they have corrected all of these problems, do I have to let them stay if they corrected these problems or can I get rid of them now?thanks for your help in this matter. selbyb
