What is the name of your state?

Can a collection agency do anything to take your leased vehicle (that you are currently making payments on and since you don't really own it) when you become default on a credit card? Thanks.

don't have allot of backbground in this but your reason would make perfect sence why they can't as what they going to do with it, considerig that you do not own the vehicle so they can't sell

edit:just noticed you're not from usa, still my answer would apply as logically it would a problem but consolt attorney in your country
