my ex and i have been divorced for 3 years. we have 3 children and until june of 2001, i had sole custody of all 3. in june we went back to court and changed the custody. now we have joint custody, he decides where our 2 sons live and i decide where our daughter lives. this past october my ex and i started living together again, but it is not working out between us. he is an alcoholic and becomes very mean when he is drunk. my question is if i decide to leave him and take all 3 of our kids what can he do to me legally? we were married and divorced in texas, but we now live in indiana. i would be going back to texas if i left.
any help is appreciated.
thanks
