Am I able to temporarily leave the country when I have a misdemeanor warrant for my arrest? (county warrant)

If you have been placed into NCIC you will be snagged at the gate!
If its just a misdemeanor, why don't you just take care of it. If you have the money to leave the country,why can't you take care of a misdemeanor bond/fine?
