What is the name of your state? North Carolina
driving home late in my car, on a revoked license, speeding, deer in road, flipped my car four times, no other car was involved or around. left the car until morning. returned to find it had been towed by the state patrol. they now want a statement. what am i facing? leaving the scene of an accident? exceeding the rate of speed? while driving on a revoked license....no one saw me, should try and get someone else to say they were driving, if so, what would they face? What is the name of your state?

Probably are not going to believe the bit about the deer. I would consult a lawyer, or you could just stone wall them. Refuse to give a statement. I would personally take my medicine and admit exactly what happened. You could always say a hitchhiker you picked up was driving. Then he ran off after words, you left to go get help and passed out on the way home. Either way, anything less than the truth, noone will believe
