i live in michigan,,my divorce was finally sept 1 2000,,she had 6 months to move out and thats including her stuff well she moved out in sept but left a lot of her stuff here because she had no room at her parents,,,,so she had to march 1 2001 to get it all out,,,,what rights do i have to the stuff since it's almost 3 months past when she was suppose to get it,,,i heard of a abandonment law referring to landlords and tenents,,,is there any such a thing for this,,,,,do i have a right to charge her storage....i give her dates to pick up the stuff,,,but she has a problem with them,,,,thank you

Stop asking her. Write a letter giving her a set date. Inform her that if the items are not removed by that date then you will be donating them to charity or burning them in your yard.

Send the letter certified return receipt etc..

Don't mess about, the day after the given date, act and get rid of it.
