What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?Arizona. I believe our Civil Rights and ARS were violated. This was done by a teacher and school. It was in a custody case matter. Where the mother had custody and I visitation. The mother left state back in Dec 2004, did not notify me or the court. During this time occording to the Arizona Revised Statue my non-custodial rights were violated. I'm intitle to school records and medical as long as I can provide the proper proof as court papers showing this. It was just before Christmas 2004 that I contacted the school and its distric. They did receive the documnetion needede, but all they said could give me was my son IEP. At the school itself I only had contact with one person in the office, no one else and two at the distric office. The school kept saying that they have not gotten notice of where to send the records, when here all along they had. They gave me wrong information and wrong whereabouts. I have a letter that was personly wrote by my sons teacher to his mother saying, I hope your all safe and heres this man looking for you and we have not said anything, but once the disteic gets his records that I would be able to get all that was in it. The mother told this teacher some very bad stories about me. I went to the distric and presented this, but I beleive justice was not server, this letter is seriour and slander and much more. This teacher also used the mail system of the school to send back to the mother personal letter which involve the school. After talking to just onr person, this letter suggest that no one in the office will be giving out any info. ****To end this, I won sole custody of my son. Went back to GA and got him. And want I really want is justice done so the next family wont have to be subjected to what they have done to me. Have a personal hand written letter to mother as evidecne showing many violation of my rights, school policy, by using her own admission of what she did and said. I know I'am just one voice of many out there, but this needs to stop. Any help would be greatly apperciate. thank you
