mississippi---need legal assist--legal aid out because the decree is being contested. inquired three private atts..no probonos upfront retainer...ex makes excellent annual income im unemployed--on states assistance, no child support(no order in decree 10 yrs ago(poor legal representation\signed under diress) child support enforcement--assisting in establishing support\need a lawyer to work with enforcement division because cse has made too many mistakes and time is important...trying to establish order since aug 2000. ex keeps dodging system...want to make sure all legalgalities are being persued....any advice or how to find a lawyer who doesnt have $ signs...im a good citizen just poor...need help for my children.....please......

The only thing I can help you with is the child support. If you don't have a copy of their guidelines you should be able to find it on http://mschildsupport.com. As for the lawyer question, I'd like to know the same thing. Good Luck, hope this helps.
