My Girlfriend is turning 16 in two months but she wants to have sex with me while she is 15.
I am afraid of the legal implications that might be posed. I mean is it illegial to have sex with a 15 yr old girl when you are 17 yr old?
Her mom is a lawyer and if she found out she might sue me...how do I protect myself from getting sued if I were to have sex with my girlfriend?
Thank you for your time

My response:
Well, I have to applaud you for asking and your intuitive good sense. From your Member Profile, you say that you are from Ontario, Canada (a nice place). Anyway, while I am not familiar with Canadian law, it's a fairly good guess that, at least in these regards, it's not too much different from the "Colonies."
Along those lines, in most States, underage sex is called Statutory Rape, which carries very stiff (no pun intended) jail time and fines. However, it may be different when both people are minors. But, I wouldn't take the chance if I were you; especially since Momma Bear is an attorney, and she probably knows a few Deputy District Attorneys.
Take lots of cold showers and tell Baby Bear that things are gonna have to wait, and communicating from jail is not your "thing." Got it, eh?
