What is the name of your state? Indiana

I was wondering if a person is considered a legal adult if they become pregnant or have already had children under the age of 18?

There is no emancipation statue in the State of Indiana so no, you are not an adult until such time as you reach 18, regardless of how many children you have.

The age of consent is 16 however, which doesn't change things one bit. It only means that you can legally consent to having sex, which you obviously have already.
