What is the name of your state? Indiana
I have 2 questions.
#1 Does an 18 year old student have to have a parent permission slip signed BY THE PARENT to be able to attend a field trip? Can the student sign his/her own?
#2 If a person signs someone elses signature with the persons knowledge is this considered forgery?

Q:#1 Does an 18 year old student have to have a parent permission slip signed BY THE PARENT to be able to attend a field trip?

A: Yes, if the school requires a parent permission slip signed by the parent to be able to attend a field trip.

Q: Can the student sign his/her own?

A: Yes. But he won't go on the field trip because it is supposed to be signed by the parent.

Q#2 If a person signs someone elses signature with the persons knowledge is this considered forgery?

A: Yes.
