Does a street name give a properties "location" or its "address"?
For example , if I say my property is at 123 Main Street , & the name of the street is actually 123 First Street , has my location changed or just my address , or both location & address has changed or neither location or address?

What are you asking and who are you giving the information to???

It matters. Example, if you give the incorrect address to a 'drinking buddy', he will get lost. If you give the incorrect address to a police officer during an investigation, you can get arrested. If you give the wrong address to your mother-in-law, you are indeed wise!
