From New Jersey. My husband and I are discussing separation. For 4 of the 5 years married, I have supported us. He is willing to sign all rights to the house, etc. over to me, in the event I want to sell house. He will sign a paper to relinquish all rights. If I type up an agreement, will having it notarized constitute a "legal" document? If not, what kind/where do I get such a document for him to sign? happycat
