my question may be more easily addressed by the Senior members that may remember some of the exstensive background surrounding my questions of slander liablity. I originally came to post over landlord tenient problems, some of you found my "HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS" delema humorous, (as did I).
that conflict was settled favorably with out going to court. However one of the principle players at the root of my saga was a new tennant with a thinly vailed hidden agenda of wanting the management position held by my mother and implimented for the most part by me since my mom suffered a foot injury. the fellow tenant has continuously bad mouth me to our neighbors and the new management company as well, of which I have found it rough dealing with now that I have been tagged as a trouble maker that knows he has rights. i have been scolded like a child by the new management over fictiscious reports the she has been hand fed by the instagaters,about such things like running a car repair bussiness from the buildings carport area, and many operations of running said bussines. When truth be told the only vehicles that I've worked onwhere family cars nothing more intense then a brake job. yet after embellished by liars I'm being threaten with the city and so on. Now after being put in jail for threats precieved or conjered by them for the propose enableling their manegement dreams. I have not said word one to them (keep in mind this is a five unit building) now they had the krama to have their jeep stolen and they are now adding me steeling their jeep to the long list of BS.
that they spew freely to anyone that will listen accusations of mail stealing.tampering with cars around the neighborhood. tampering with the laudry, etc just an unbeleiveable amount of crap all fiction or halusionation
or something i don't know. i have wittnesses, is this a case do i sue for money to make them quit how much would it cost me to presue the recomended coarse of action? this is becomeing ridiculous, I can't bend over backwards any farther for these to braodes.This is hard for me to deal with i wish there was a male envoled that I could take out back and straighten out
