Ex-wife file arrears affidavits with NC back in 2002 claiming adjudicated arrears in excess of 23K. It has cost me several thousand dollars in legal fees over the past 2 years.

Case finally culminated a month ago with a judge signing a consent order agreed to by my attorney and NC CSE atty stating that no adjudicated arrears exist against me in NC, effectively ending this case. What recourse do I have about claiming my legal fees since the case ended in my favor? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
