What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I've just been served with a motion to modify the CO by my ex. She is requesting that I pay her attorney fees. It that common since she is the one motioning to modify? For some reason I thought she could only request that I pay her fees if I was the one motioning to modify. Thanks :)
