I am trying to get the Texas workers comp commission to clarify the good faith effort for sibs, I am looking for a form to file in district court to compel the twcc to give a minimum guide for me to follow so I can get sibs. the current rule is so vague they can deny everything. I am trying to get a judge to rule the goodfaith rule as unconstitutional, he has said if I can file something he will help me get the rule changed or thrown out. if any one has knowledge on how or what form to file a motion to compel the twcc to spell out a minimum requirements for sibs I would be very appreciative
