is there a legal time limit on when a will has to be read(fullfilled)?
My aunt in california died two years ago and the executor of her will is my uncle in pennsylvania and he has done nothing to fullfill her wishes she has made in her will. is there anything the rest of the family can do.

Yes, if he has not filed the Will for probate and acted diligently any other heir in the Will, or heir at law can seek to file the Will and be appointed executor of the Will and have the designation of the Uncle disregarded by the court.

Getting a lawyer to write a letter may do the trick though if the Will was filed and the Uncle was appointed.
