It means they are "not contemplating having further issue." In other words: "not thinking about having more children."

what effect does that have on 2nd child born, while legally married, but believed to be not mine, pay no child support, nor have any visitation with 2nd child. Does this statement free me from any future claims of child support on illegitament child??
