Dad wrote attorney asking him to change his will. Attny waited four months before he sent a draft. Dad wrote back, attorney didn't respond for 6 weeks, and Dad died. (I have copies of all of Dad's letters, signed and dated) Is this malpractice? What is involved in suing an attorney? I lost $65,000 because changes were not made. Help!
