Please help... What agency do you report
attorneys that have acted unethically in
the state of NY. My fiance is incarcerated
for a lenghty stay, when his defense attorney
had him plead guilty to a charge with a sentence different then what he told him. He
kept uping the plea it was first offered at
six mo. concurrent with another six monthh
charge it ended up being 1 year consecutive
with no appeal, help
