i have heard that the laws about legal moving out age in georgia keep differing between the ages of 17 and 18. what exactly are the laws about moving out when you're 17? if i do move out, can my police take me home as a runaway?

18 is when you are a legal adult and can move out without legal repercussions. If you leave before that, the police can likely come and take you home - though I have heard mixed opinions on this from GA law enforcement officers.
