What is the name of your state? TX

I plan to ask for full custody but would like the baby to have the father's last name. He did not sign an acknowledgement of patenity but a DNA test was ordered and results have been completed. We have a court date next week.

I want to amend the birth certificate. Where can I obtain a certified copy of the DNA results?

Q: Where can I obtain a certified copy of the DNA results?

A: Ask the judge this question when you get to court; you need these results for your permanent files.
