What is the name of your state? mississippi
we bought a house a year ago from a friend who agreed to finance it so she wouldn't have to make the payments, she and her husband were seperated, and he became ill and died she said she could never live in this house and since we were renting we might as well rent to own from her,the payments were only 333.00 a month and we have been paying 350.00 the little extra adds up over time we drew up a warranty for deed to be delivered to us in 2010,we have paid the taxes, insurance while she is buying her 2nd doublewide in a years time and last week she decided she wants us to borrow the money and pay the house off which was not was agreed originally my husband and myself have been married for 3 years and both had filed bancruptcy when going thru a divorce we have been trying to reestablish but have not done so enuff to get a home loan.... tonight i was told that the previous owner can't afford her new place and wants to sell and wants us to move and give her our house back, can this happen ?

we drew it up among ourselves her idea in case something happened to her we would be covered to stay here, she has 3 children who didn't want the place because it needed work so she suggested we take it she didn't want the payments and her husband had moved her out they were getting divorced but he died before it was final and she never wanted to live here again but now she has gone thru all the insurance money and is broke she wnts it back because its affordable and we have cleaned it up and made it livable again

Take it to an attorney and let them look at it.
