What is the name of your state? Pennsylvannia

I made a purchase from a website for a home PC that was advertised at a great price. The site accepted my payment and I received an e-mail confirmation letter stating that my payment was recieved and the order would start processing.Four days after the purchase I received an e-mail stating: Dear Customer

Unfortunately we were force to cancel the item due to missing all the internal components .

I called the toll free number provided in the email also and spoke with a customer representative who asked for my order number. I gave the rep. my order number and he stated that my order had not in fact been canceled and that I could diregard the e-mail that was sent to me. The time frame for shipping has come and gone since then and still no sign of my item. I never even received any kind of tracking number for the order, which the site states that it provides. Now its starting to look like im out some cash and will get no item. Any advise? What is the name of your state?

I would call the toll free # again (give them your order #) & ask them if the computer has been shipped as of yet. If it has, ask for the tracking #. If it hasn't, ask them why not & when it will be.
