has been on probation since release from illinois doc. July 2000. February 2001 charged with driving while license revoked. July 13 senteced to 30 months probation. July 18 arrested for probation violation. was not told reason for arrest, as it was not on warrant. August 20 sentenced to 3 years doc for previous probation and 2 years for driving while license revoked. I had changed my life around, church and family oriented etc. none of this seemed to matter to judge. violation was a pbt done on the sunday before arrest and that there were two beer cans on floor and 1/2 bottle of wine cooler. The police were not asked to come in and no evidence was taken. Fiancee is pregnant and unable to work due to pregnancy complications which court knew. We have now lost everything and she has no place to live with baby on way. Recently found out it was her brother who left cans in our home. which we tried to explain to court. Can anyone help us on what to do? Thank you.
