Can I get into legal trouble for forwarding personal emails that were sent to me by an ex-girlfriend from her work email, to others in her company?

What about quoting things she actually said and forwarding those to individuals in her company?

When using her company email, even personal emails contain the following annotation:

This e-mail message (including attachments) is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s). It contains confidential, proprietary or legally protected information which is the property of (company) or its clients. Any unauthorized disclosure or use of the contents of this e-mail is strictly prohibited. If you have received this e-mail in error, notify the sender immediately and destroy all copies of the original message.
