if when in an evaluation by the D.F.A. after being evaluated and found neg. for simple PTI (no prior situations) do they really have the right to contact realitives for questioning? or is that against my rights as a citizen. Why should other members of the family be involved. I sure wouldn't want to be questioned about MY brother or sister, for that matter I would think if they never shared the situation with me, I wouldn't want to know. WHAT "R" MY RIGHTS HERE???

thank you.
