She can ask but that doesn't mean she will get. A lot of it will depend on how forthcoming you are in at this juncture. If you disclose everything and do not hide assets and she is well informed of her rights then the separation agreement will be binding. If you hide things or the situation suddenly changes (either one of you winning the lottery for instance before a divorce hearing) then more can be asked for.
