I am legally separated for 15yrs. I have been notified by my husband that he wants to divorce so he can remarry. Problem is i am worried about my childrens rights to his life insurance and 401k plan. Also I have been covered with med insurance for 36 yrs by his company. Do i have rights to ask for continued medical coverage before giving him a divorce.How can i safe guide myself and my kids for the future? I now live in FLorida, he lives in Pennsylvania. We have legal papers stating that our assets have been settled, house,pension etc.......thanks
