I am a canadian citizen. wife is indian. got married in india in jan. came to us. reside in il right now. finishing grad school. will move to new jersey in august. Ever since marriage been fighting... mental torture... Saw pyschiatrist who said i hate company of women right now , this marriage will not work and not advisable to live together as I might harm her and harm myself...
Can I get legal separation? Wife acts as though nothing has happened...!!! I cant bear to stay with her.. Please advice....
