If two plantiffs bring a claim for breach of contract, and one of the plantiffs was not a party to the contract, can the complaint be dismissed against both plaintiffs due to the lack of standing of one of the plaintiffs?
Is anyone aware of any cases or motions on this issue?
Thank you.

**A: no, not based solely on your general, generic, lack of detail post.
