ohio-- i received my summons for divorce today--i would like a definition of the terms "acts of gross neglect of duty"

That is one of the grounds for divorce in Ohio. Apparently, your stbx wants to use 'fault' divorce rather than 'no-fault'. You might want to talk with her about changing it to no-fault since it will be faster, easier, and less expensive to both of you - and grounds for divorce rarely matter much in the end, anyway.
