That is one of the grounds for divorce in Ohio. Apparently, your stbx wants to use 'fault' divorce rather than 'no-fault'. You might want to talk with her about changing it to no-fault since it will be faster, easier, and less expensive to both of you - and grounds for divorce rarely matter much in the end, anyway.
