My place of employment has just come up with a top 15, and bottom 15 list of employees, supposedly based on performance. I ended up on the bottom 15 list. My supervisor has no problem with my work performance, and he, and I have no idea why I'm on this list. The people that made this list do not have any day to day contact with the workers. It is basically a "popularity" contest. There is nothing on this list that is substantiated by any facts..only heresay. This list has been distributed throughout the plant. Other than being unethical, do we have any legal recourse? Thanks.
