What is the name of your state? Ca

I have had a caliber for about 6 or 7 months now and it is turning into junk, i have put about 7k miles on it and i have all ready had it in once because the car died on me 6-10 times at varied times, sometimes coming off the freeway and sometimes stopped in traffic or at a light. They adjusted the crankshaft timing and it worked fine for a while but now its doing it again and now sometimes when i come to a stop the whole car rattles real bad and feels like its going to die. The air bag light is also on and it is because the passenger side air bag is B/O, i brought it in to them and they told me they had to order a part. I am really getting tired of this with a brand new car and i just want to get rid of it. Would i qualify for a lemon or do i need to have this issue again? Im thinking about just going in and bitching and trying to get it lemoned.

Hello LS1, I found this info for you on CA lemon laws, of course you will be deducted cents per mile that you drive the vehicle if you end up falling under the CA., LL's.

Your vehicle have has been out of service for 30 or more days.

Your vehicle has been to the dealer 4 or more times for the same problem.

Your vehicle has been to the dealer 2 or more times for a safety related problem.

You have reached the point where you no longer trust the reliability of your vehicle.
