What is the name of your state? Florida

I purchased a 99 Mazda protege back in 99.
After a few months I started have problems in the brakes. I was losing hydraulic pressure, and my ABS does not work (my wheels lock). Also, the car does not hold a blance/alignment. I took the car in shortly after getting it, and was told nothing is wrong.
I took it in again a week later after almost getting in a car accident. Again, I was told nothing was wrong.
I took the car in to a DIFFERENT Mazda dealer in town, and they replaced my brake pads, which had nothing to do with my problems. They did not address any of the other problems.
I was looking into the lemon law, and then I lost my job and did not find another one for a good long while.

Back to today. I still have the same problem, and they still say there is nothing wrong with my car. I am on my 3rd set of 60k mile tires in LESS than 60k miles total. I have almost been in five accidents because of brakes failing. I have tested many times my ABS and slid around parking lots, where my girlfriends 2000 protege does NOT.
I called them the other day to say that I STILL need to egt this fixed. The dealer refused to even look at it unless I paid. I called Mazda themselves. They REFUSED to look at it unless I paid.
I have a warranty with my car that covers these expenses one way or another, but they are not honoring that either. Can I use the lemon law for this? If so, how do I do it? I do NOT want to go into something without knowing everything I can to defend myself, and I cannot afford to get into an accident, nor another set of tires.
