What is the name of your state? Arizona, The 6th day I had the car the fuel pump started going out. I took it into the dealer and they diagnosed that the feul pump was weak and needed replaced. The gas guage was not working either. The dealership told me that the feul pump was not under the imp[lied warranty drive train and that they would not pay for the new feul pump. The repair is around $800. How can I find out if the feul pump is under the implied warranty, and if it is how can I prove it to them so they will replace it?

Implied warranties generally apply to the major drivetrain assemblies such as the engine block and heads, tranmission, rearend or transaxle. Fuel pumps are wear out and go bad, just like tires and wiper blades. I would shop around for the pump replacement though, $800 sound awful high to me.
