i purchased a used exsplorer 2 weeks ago and transmission went out yesterday.. do i have any rights under thwe lemon law

he told me when i purchased the vehicle he would stand by the pajor issues but now he says he wont.. so what do i do..

My response:

No, you don't. The SC lemon law concerns new vehicles only. Unless you purchased a separate warranty, you're stuck. Caveat Emptor - - "Let the buyer beware."

You should have had the vehicle inspected by your mechanic prior to purchase. Now, the vehicle and the repair is yours.
