What is the name of your state? ARkansas

I went and traded my car for this car. WEll after only about 5 hours later the air conditoner started messing up going on and off and my emergancy brake does not work when my car is on a slope. My car is a standard. Also, my car make a vibrating noise when idling in neutral. Does a person have any rights if they signed an as is warranty?

You should have had the car checked out with a mechanic or had someone who knows cars very well test drive it for you.

Yep. You have the right to pay as you promised. If you mean any recourse against the seller, probably not. And even less if it was clearly an 'as is' sale.

caveat emptor
(kah-vee-ott emptor) Latin for "let the buyer beware." The basic premise that the buyer buys at his/her own risk and therefore should examine and test a product himself/herself for obvious defects and imperfections. Caveat emptor still applies even if the purchase is "as is" or when a defect is obvious upon reasonable inspection before purchase. Since implied warranties (assumed quality of goods) and consumer protections have come upon the legal landscape, the seller is held to a higher standard of disclosure than "buyer beware" and has responsibility for defects which could not be noted by casual inspection.
