If the vehicle was NEW, contact and apply to the Ford Dispute Resolution Board. (I use to be a Judge on that board). They have the power to refund or replace your vehicle, and even more. They meet in Kansas city, (not far from St. Joe) once a month. This only applies to new vehicles.
