i own the building. tennant borrwed money for equipt. and permanently attached to my building 3 years ago. tennant defaulted on loan from an economic development corp and they wish to repossess. can the lender(economic development corp.) take the equipt. that has been permanently attached and if they can, what must they do to restore the building to its original condition?
