hello, my question is in regards to foster care.

is there a minimum length of time that a child must remain in foster care before reunification with parents?

or is it left to the judge's discretion?

Why was the child put in foster care? Was this in a delinquency action or a Child in Need of Services (neglect/abuse) action?

I guess if you don't like the answer, just keep opening new threads until you get an answer you like. You'll have to leave out important information so that the answer is useless, but at least you'll hear what you like....
