Here's the scenario:
My car is getting fixed at a local shop and the owner/mechanic said he will charge me his COST for all the parts used to repair my car( I have a signed contract with his consent to the aforementioned). I have an inclination that I am being ripped off, but plan to do my own investigation to uncover that crucial evidence.
Here's where you come in:
Let's say I found out there is some "creative accounting" and there lies a discrepancy between the price I paid and the price he paid.
What statute can I sue him in under in Florida small claims court?
