What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

I have a tenant who has not paid her rent since Jan. I sent her a 14 day Notice to Quit for non-payment of rent & I believe she left the apt after that since there were never any footprints in the snow leading to her apt. We finally entered the apt last weekend & found no personal belongings, just a couple of pieces of shabby/torn furniture, a microwave, a towel & curtain. Also several bags of garbage. Not sure how to proceed since she cannot be reached by phone.
Is there a Notice of Abandonment for MA that I can send her by certified mail to the rental property & hope she is getting her mail forwarded? What should the Notice say? I only see one for California when I search online.
Would appreciate any advice on how to proceed.
Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
